Purpose
This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from PC Garage may be returned, exchanged, repaired, or refunded. This policy is subject to applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Return Eligibility
Products may be
returned only if:
- The return request is submitted within the
applicable return period.
- The product is unused and in its original
condition.
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals,
warranty cards, and invoices are included.
- Security seals have not been removed
(where applicable).
Note : Refund shall not be provided in any case.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items
are generally not eligible for return unless defective or required by
applicable law:
- Custom-built PCs
- Products damaged by misuse or improper
installation
- Consumable items
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Customers must notify
PC Garage within 48 hours of receiving a damaged, defective, or
incorrect item. Supporting photographs or videos may be requested to facilitate
the claim.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will
be processed using the original payment method whenever practicable. Shipping
fees, installation charges, and other service fees are generally non-refundable
unless otherwise required by law.
Return Shipping
Where the return is
due to customer preference, the customer shall bear the cost of return
shipping.
